Though all ages of individuals and families are welcome, we focus on building strength and resiliency in pediatric clients. The interdisciplinary team utilizes mental health, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to create collaborative care for individuals needing multiple service interventions. ​
Job Responsibilities
-
Facilitates development and rehabilitation of clients with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities through planning and administering occupational therapy

Meets the client’s goals and needs and provides quality care through assessment and determining treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription

Develop and implement effective treatment plans
-
Provide consultation to clients and their families about results of testing and recommended treatment options
-
Create accurate documentation and reporting for all client visits
-
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to better help create effective change for clients
Requirements & Qualifications
-
Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA
-
Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) by the American Occupational Therapy Association or Certified Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) by the National Board in Certified Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
-
Independent liability insurance
-
National Provider Identifier (NPI) and taxonomy code required at time of contract
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Basic computer literacy and willingness to utilize electronic health records
-
Ability to comply with all regulatory standards
-
Teamwork
-
Two professional references
Compensation
-
Contract rates will be 60% of income generated. The other 40% goes toward rent, building and business expenses, support staff, supplies, etc.

Negotiable if the provider is handling own billing and EHR, with prior knowledge of billing, and willing to work with Jennifer.

Requirements & Qualifications

Masters degree in speech language pathology or related field

Job Responsibilities

Conduct clinical assessments and identify appropriate diagnoses within the provider’s scope of practice.

Create and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide individual, family, couples, or group psychotherapy based on the provider’s training and experience

Communicate with clients and caregivers regarding treatment goals, progress, and recommendations
-
Maintain timely, accurate, and legally compliant documentation for all client services
-
Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate and authorized by the client
-
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support effective and cohesive client care
-
Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Requirements & Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field
-
Active Texas license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, psychologist, or other qualified mental health professional
-
Independent professional liability insurance
-
Strong interpersonal communication skills
-
Basic computer literacy and willingness to use an electronic health record

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Ability to comply with applicable ethical, legal, and regulatory standards

Experience working with children, adolescents, families, neurodivergent clients, or parenting concerns preferred
