Diagnostic Intake
(60 Minutes)

The diagnostic intake session is the crucial first step in establishing your care. During this initial meeting, we will gather important information about your background, medical history, family history, symptoms, and your personal goals. Together, we will discuss potential treatment and recommendations tailored to your needs. Your journey towards better health starts here.

*Note: the intake session for children and adolescents is parents or guardians ONLY. Foster parents and legal guardians will need to prove legal rights. Step-parents will need a release of information from biological parents or legal guardians.
Individual Session
(53-60 Minutes)

Individual therapy sessions last between 53 to 60 minutes. We offer flexibility with both telehealth and in-person options. Individual sessions can include partners or family members upon request, and a Collateral Consent form will be signed if additional participants join.

Individual Session

Best practice is consistent one hour sessions, so this option is used in a limited number of circumstances such as time constraints or developmental limitations.
Family Session With

Family therapy without the client present facilitates candid conversations among caregivers, allowing for the establishment of necessary boundaries. This approach can be particularly beneficial when used in conjunction with reunification efforts, ensuring a supportive environment for family dynamics.

Marriage Counseling
(45 Minutes)

Marriage counseling is an excellent resource for couples looking to resolve conflict, establish healthy boundaries, and increase overall relationship satisfaction. Sessions will focus on the establishing clear goals and relationship expectations and on teaching essential skills in emotion regulation and communication. Providers can help couples navigate their challenges and strengthen their understanding of their partners. Together, we will work towards building a more fulfilling and resilient relationship.

Crisis
(60 Minutes)

A crisis session is an urgent appointment designed to address immediate needs, is scheduled outside of the provider's posted office hours, is within two hours of the visit, and/or when emergency services are required.
